Hey Guys!! Here is a what I eat in a day for weight loss! So as always I’m constantly on a fitness journey and I’ve been working on eating cleaner more consistently and making meals at home. These meals I had are what I love to make at home and are super yummy and good for you! Also at the end I go over some specific types of food to incorporate into your diet to kick start any weightloss if that is something you all are interested in!
