Waffles for weight loss & how I pack lunch!

Hola amigos!
Hope you guys enjoyed this video! I do want to make it clear that this video was not uploaded for the intention of telling you how or what to eat. Its simply to show you my way of prepping and eating. Hoping to give you some ideas!

Waffle recipe:
1 cup of oat flour (oatmeal blended into flour)
1/2 scoop or 14 grams of whey protein
1ts baking powder
stevia (optional)
1 egg + 1 egg white
1/2 cup water/almond milk
Macros per waffle(8):
55 calories
1.2 fat
7 carb
2.9 protein
