  • I know exactly what you meant about resting your body and staying in Bed !!! Liezl – I was hit by a bus in 2018 and spent half of 2018 in bed and at the doctors !!!   • Okay, you gained 10 lbs -but you’re healthy now, so what’s the issue? How you feel is more important. I applaud your renewed commitment in working out and your continued commitment to eating well, but it shouldn’t be to change the number you see when you step on a scale. Ultimately, we’re all much more than a number, and you can’t entirely measure your health in pounds. I would encourage anyone struggling with these thoughts to speak with someone, including you Liezl.

  • You are one of the most rational people when it comes to diet. All bodies fluctuate often even in the 10lb range. Anyone judging you needs a new hobby. Don't sweat it. Continue the fabulosity.😉

  • I think you are beautiful regardless.We all have weight fluctuations when we go through difficult times. I’ve had a really sore hip for a few months and it’s been really hard to have motivation to work it and eat right. But I feel you I’ve put on around 12lbs. I really want to lose it as know I’m not over weight but i want to feel better about myself. I find you very motivational and you are human! X
