Now that you know how much calories you are burning per day without exercising, you can now find out how many calories should you eat to lose weight.
Just eat anything lesser than the amount of calories you are burning, but never eat less than 1000 calories.
For my last tip, I suggest you eat little servings but more meals. So instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 5 meals but little portion for each meal. This will help increase your metabolism.
