  • Love your channel girly! For you Bulgarian Split Squats, try a lower height stand and drive through your heel on your front foot! It will relieve the strain on your back leg and also help the give your front GLUTES a workout (as well as the quads obvi lol)

  • Hey girl! I used to have the same issues with the bulgarian split squat. I find that if my back foot isn't comfortable then I will get that really painful tension in my back thigh too. My favorite way to do them is to use a padded bench and put the top of my foot flat on it instead of putting your toes on it like you were doing. It looked like your box kept scooting backwards and you were really fighting it so I can see how that would be painful! If you get the form right it will become the one exercise that you love to hate, promise!!

  • Lol I feel like I always comment on all your vids but I can’t help it! I love that you uploaded your workout even though you said it wasn’t the best. No other fitspo would ever do that because they have to put on this front that they are perfect 100% of the time – truth is we all have those shitty workouts sometimes!!   • A tip I use for kettlebell goblet squats is to hold the kettlebell upside down so that the bell part is on the top and my hands are on each side of the sides if that makes sense lol ! I love pesto pasta tho my mouth was watering watching you cook it

  • 2 hours on the walk with baby Mia 2 days in a row Ash…. I been out of it and kinda not all with it lately too…. but when I push thru it I feel amazing!

    I just made my first spaghetti squash dish yesterday. I added olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, a few slices of kielbasa, fresh parsley, and all the veggies from one griller kabob from my local Ingles grocery {3 large white mushrooms, about half a red & half a green bell pepper, 4 chunks of zucchini, 4 chunks of yellow squash, about a quarter of a purple onion} to about 1/5 of a half of a spaghetti squash. sautéed til it smelled AWESOME and made 2 meals out of that!
