  • This was worth a try 10 minutes a day for 4-5 weeks but there was not much change for me 😔. After doing close research on this, medical professors and workout professionals said that this diet will not cause any effect:
    *Professor William Stanley, chair of Cardiovascular Physiology says, "Sure, fat is made up of hydrogen, carbon and a little bit of oxygen. And to metabolise or burn fat is aerobic and requires oxygen. But oxygenation doesn't occur in fat cells. Therefore, delivering more oxygen to fat cells won't effect anything".

    *Professor Ian Macdonald says, "Contraction of muscles caused by exercise mobilizes fat stores, but it is only vigorous aerobic sports that triggers enough energy to turn fat into fuel. Deep breathing alone will only burn 2% of fat at best."

    *It’s said by workout professionals that when we exercise we’re using oxygen in the muscle tissue leading to energy burn and weight loss. Unfortunately, breathing deeply or vigorously won't cut it. Activating the weight loss process requires actual aerobic exercise.

    *I now use an easy rowing machine for at least 30 minutes a day and have had great results as I’ve lost belly fat, my abs now show, and my biceps 💪, back, and leg muscles get stronger after every session. I’m still gaining weight but only because my muscles are increase from this cardiovascular exercise. This breathing diet may work for some people but didn’t work for me.
